Shipments to Italy are free.

For extra-EU shipments, any customs duties and expenses are to be paid by the customer.

Orders are shipped from ViveLaDifference, Treviglio (BG), from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 17:00. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday afternoon.

Shipping times in Italy range from 3 to 5 working days.


Europe: 9 Euros – Fixed rate
Extra-EU: 35 Euros – Fixed rate (Duties and customs fees excluded)


We would like to remind you that may ask you to contact the banking institution of new customers to get approval for the payment, so that you can then proceed with the shipment. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with VIVELADIFFERENCE and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the Customer refuses to deliver the shipment or requests the return to the sender, any shipping costs, charged to ViveLaDifference, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

We wish to remind our customers that once confirmed and processed, orders for items already available cannot be changed. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately

ViveLaDifference disclaims any responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the Customer or a malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the site may be slightly different from the original ones.

The images contained on the website are the property of ViveLaDifference. Any use of such images, not authorized by a written consent from ViveLaDifference, will be prosecuted according to law.

ViveLaDifference has created and published the ViveLaDifference website with the aim of offering a service reserved exclusively for its Customers.
The products for sale on the ViveLaDifference website are intended for the Final Consumer. For Final Consumer, ViveLaDifference means a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to his business or professional, legal activity that is not limited to the resale of goods purchased on ViveLaDifference.
ViveLaDifference therefore invites users who are not attributable to the category of Final Consumers to refrain from both trying to establish business relationships with ViveLaDifference and from sending purchase orders for goods for sale through third parties.

In consideration of the commercial policy described above, ViveLaDifference reserves the right not to process orders for goods whose use is not intended for the Final Consumer or orders that do not comply with the commercial policies described above.
As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments of ViveLaDifference are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment. ViveLaDifference packages are carefully packed in a clear plastic seal with tape around the package.

If for any reason, the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to report the incident immediately and contact ViveLaDifference at
If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender at the Customer’s expense. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by ViveLaDifference


The return is charged to the customer who will have to agree to send the return independently with his forwarder. Your item must be returned to the ViveLaDifference boutique within 14 days from the delivery date. We recommend that you book the collection within 7 days of the delivery date to ensure it arrives within the time allowed.

Legislative reference of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The goods must not have been worn or used in any way, the box must be returned intact and must contain everything it contained (any spare laces and shoe rags). To start the practice, the customer must send an email to inform of the return as soon as possible (within the seven days mentioned above) and the goods must be returned to the following address ViveLaDifference, Viale del Partigiano, 5 – Treviglio (BG), 24047

If you have made a return, the refund will be made within fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery of the package to the courier. When we receive your return in stock we will send you a confirmation email.
